Find your purpose by treating patients where they’re most comfortable – in their home. As a Home Health Team Registered Nurse, you will work independently providing skilled care for 5 to 6 patients per day. Common duties include wound management, infusion therapy, assessments, education and training for patients on their new diagnosis, and more. We provide extensive training and ongoing RN office support while you’re making home visits to patients. This position will be working in South St. Cloud, East St. Augusta, and surrounding areas.

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required. Minimum of one year of RN experience in long-term care or an acute care setting preferred. Reliable transportation required. Valid Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and insurance liability coverage required.Based out of our office in Marketplace Mall, the Home Health department primarily takes place in the communities we serve, in the homes of our patients. Our staff provides services not just for St. Cloud but our surrounding areas as well including Buffalo, Alexandria, Little Falls, and more. Teams are assigned to areas to minimize driving though.
