Position Statement
The Team Success Coordinator provides extensive support to the CR Sales and Service Delivery Team (DACHFRA) to ensure an excellent customer experience throughout, and timely receipt of revenue. They take responsibility for the administration duties and maintaining data integrity to ensure all CR clients are delighted with the services delivered by Crown. As an expert in all back office processes the Team Success Coordinator will work closely with the CR Leadership team to help our business become better by finding ways to streamline processes and make better utilisation of available apps and tools for a seamless relocation journey.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Create, improve and implement new processes to allow for better Service Delivery. Work closely with Client Service Manager and the CR Move Management team to support service delivery to customers. Prepare external client billing in liaison with all internal stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of revenue being captured and invoiced from Private and CoCo accounts. Contacting clients to chase outstanding invoices to ensure pre-payment prior to pack and maximising Crown Care Transit Protection conversion rates. Monitor all Service Partner invoices and job costs for potential issues to avoid margin erosion. Raise escalations with CSM where needed. Liaising with service partners to ensure the appropriate information is received on a timely basis and to avoid delays. Regularly review shipment information on Interact and update where appropriate. Maintain 100% compliance and accuracy in inputting all Interact data on a timely basis. Coordinate logistics with operations and service partners where needed. Raising Crown Care Certificates. Initiate feedback forms to drive higher NPS results. Provide assistance in all administration matters as and when required to allow for impeccable Customer Experience through our service delivery. Support ad hoc as team needs. Working closing with MM team to encourage living our mission statement of making it simpler to move and work anywhere in the world. Autonomy to expand the role and take on additional responsibilities to assist the leadership team
