The Opportunity
The Team Support Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of administrative processes within the Broking & Operations team. This role is responsible for managing access requests, supporting business leaders with administrative tasks, maintaining and updating critical documentation, and providing organizational support to enhance overall efficiency.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions.
What will you do?
Request, manage, and track access requests for the Hub and business-specific platforms and tools; Coordinate the creation of activities in business tools for new teams or modifications to existing teams; Develop and maintain support materials for implemented tools and platforms, integrating them into team-specific onboarding plans; Create and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for all technical training materials; Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy; Support the business in the migration of Team Collaboration Tool and other existing tools, ensuring smooth transitions; Provide administrative support to the business leadership, including scheduling and drafting key documents; Assisting with formatting of presentations and communication resources including typing as required; Scheduling team meetings and then drafting agenda, taking minutes and coordinating actions taken; Coordinating logistics for complex meetings/seminars or team events; Update and maintain business presentations and communication materials to ensure alignment with current objectives; Assist in the planning and coordination of business visits, ensuring logistics and materials are in place; Organize travel arrangements for business purposes, including hotel and flight bookings, expense advances, and compliance with company procedures; Submit, track the expense reports to ensure timely processing and policy adherence; Maintain and update the roster for business teams to ensure accurate workforce tracking; Keep accurate records and documentation for audits and internal reporting, ensuring compliance with company standards.What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (is a plus)+10 years proven experience as an Administrative or in a similar role.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, mainly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with international business practices and cultural sensitivity.Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English.Experience in an international consulting or professional services environment.Organized and detail orientated with excellent follow through.Flexibility and adaptability.Can do attitude.Strong problem-solving skills.Why WTW?
