We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Teamcenter Business Solution Architect (m/f/d) to join our team in Ettlingen.

Responsibilities Collaborate with various business units to understand and document the current processes and proceduresAnalyze and design new processes and workflows leveraging Siemens Teamcenter to enhance product lifecycle managementTranslate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goalsProvide expert guidance and support throughout the transition phase, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of new processes.  Support the development of comprehensive documentation and training materials to aid in the transition and to support end users.Assist the existing Business Solution Architect in her role, providing backup support and sharing knowledge to foster a collaborative environmentEvaluate the impact of changes and create metrics to measure the success of new processes.Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in Siemens Teamcenter to continually improve our processes. Qualifications

To be successful in that position, you will need:

Diplom/ Master's degree in natural science/ engineering, or related field.Proficiency in German and English (minimum C1 Level) is required.Proven experience as a Business Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on process improvement and lifecycle management.Strong knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and its application in business processes.Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical solutions.Experience in change management and user training is a plus.Ability to support teams and groups in process changes and adaptations (organizational change management).Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
