YOUR TASKS

Strategic Governance: Oversee SAP ERP CO setup, managing controlling master data, reporting dimensions, KPIs and calculation logic to ensure robust management reporting Process Innovation: Partner with Group IT to explore and implement advanced technologies, enhancing efficiency through automation and process optimization S/4 HANA Transformation: Lead the transition to an integrated, template-based S/4 HANA platform, ensuring seamless operations and scalability, acting as the Rail B2P Stream Lead  Target Process Design: Define and document target process maps that align with business requirements, supporting organizational goals and operational excellence Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with divisional leaders, business process owners and IT module experts to deliver cohesive, business-aligned solutions from a controlling perspective

 

YOUR PROFILE

University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field, with solid knowledge of IFRS At least 4 years consulting an internationally operating manufacturing company using a standardized SAP setup Proven experience managing SAP finance and controlling projects, with familiarity in methodologies like PMI, Prince2, or Agile (Scrum) Strong understanding of working within guidelines, governance, and procedures in a matrix organization with team leadership experience being a plus Upper-intermediate proficiency in English and German required
