What you do on a typical day
Manage team performance; develop associates by providing training and coaching Manage coordinators Instruct, inform, and support the employees of the department, so that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and correctly, in accordance with the applicable standards (including KPI’s and productivities) Maintain a safe work environment with a positive team dynamic Lead start-up activities with cross functional teams Make recommendations regarding new hires, terminating contracts, performance evaluations and promotions Ensure that documents work instructions of processes are up to date and are being followed by the department Continually strive to improve the processes of your department You report to the Shift lead You work in shifts so flexibility to work in shifts will be required
