Teamleider Electrical engineering team
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for coaching and developing your team? We are looking for a true entrepreneur, leading our electrical engineering team as your own business. The team exists of lead engineers and interface engineers. You will have 15 direct reports, 13 technical professionals and two team leaders. The group is a mix of different nationalities and backgrounds. The main language is English and Dutch. In this role as team leader you will be driving the implementation of policies and guidelines, manages and coordinates all Lead Electrical team activities assigned. Due to an increasing number of projects, the team will grow substantially in the upcoming years, this will also be one of your focus areas. 

The business.Your team is part of the Siemens Global Centre of Competence for Data Center projects, based in  The Hague. The team will not only work closely with the other engineering teams in The Hague, but also with our engineering team in India. The Lead Electrical Engineers in the team oversee the technical aspects of power distribution systems, including medium- and low-voltage equipment, transformers, and automation systems. They manage an engineering team, liaise with customers, and ensure that projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards. They also coordinate site work, visit factories, and lead meetings with clients—ensuring safety and compliance at all stages.

Development and strategyImplements guidelines and defines functional specific policies, processes or methods to fulfil the superior strategy.Drives the development of technical standards and procedures for Lead Electrical teams  activities.Ensures a proficient and capable workforce to conduct the Lead Electrical teams activities in time and quality.
