Job Description Service Operationalization Lead is responsible in managing the service capability delivery - implementation and roll out of new or enhanced core telco services and associated operational support processes; supporting B2B Business Group to operationalize the new or enhanced services on different Globe network platforms: enterprise data, broadband, wireless.He/she also fulfills requests for service architecture design through collaboration with different domain SMEs in NTG, ISG, ISDP, Legal, Billing and with vendor partners.
The scope of Service Operationalization Lead includes the following:
- bridging the different technical domains to create end-to-end support structure
- crafting process maps that links business and technical scope
- ratifying technical PPMs
- enabling technical support teams with guidelines and enablement programs to deliver and provide support seamlessly:
Technical Presales
Service Design and Engineering
Service Provisioning
Service Fulfillment
Aftersales Support
Service Assurance
- creating reports and project dashboards to update Management (Business and Technical) on the progress and support needed to deliver the services
- officializing the new/enhanced service through pilot deployment
- provide high level design and costing for service architecture requirements of B2B
- act as SME on service design involving different platforms - providing guidance on the right service flow that is compliant to established architecture and security standards
