Main Objective: Execute business engagement activities focused on IT and digital transformation, as well as provide support and development for laboratory systems.

Responsibilities:

Business and IT Engagement (40%)

Support and execute business engagement activities focused on IT.Provide oversight for external provider services and coordinate with Tech@ partners.Act as a business consultant to shape technology strategy.Support relationships with business partners.Support/Monitor Tech@/Business operations to ensure high availability and integrity.

Data Transformation & Automation (10%)

Support Digital Transformation, RPA, and Data & Analytics agenda in LATAM.Propose and implement innovative ways to improve business processes.Support the Automation portfolio in the LATAM region.Support and coordinate the introduction of new technologies and productivity tools.

Lab Systems Support and Development (20%)

Support and develop laboratory systems and equipment.Provide first and second level support for laboratory applications and equipment.Analyze and resolve laboratory system issues.Coordinate problem resolution with vendors and corporate staff.

Lab Systems Engineering (20%)

Provide engineering support for laboratory systems, including installations and configurations.Develop and test standards and procedures for laboratory equipment and software.Analyze business processes and recommend changes to systems and procedures.

Lab Systems Lifecycle Management (10%)

Manage the lifecycle of laboratory systems in an environment controlled by equipment and software.Coordinate and support the installation of patches, fixes, and new versions of systems and applications.Maintain communication with application and solution vendors.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.Experience in IT service delivery and laboratory systems support.Written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
