What you will be doing as an Avionics Technician:

In this role, you can expect to perform functional testing, troubleshoot, and repair avionics systems on board aircraft at a Textron Aviation Service Center. Your expertise will ensure the safety and reliability of our fleet. 

Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

Analyze Electrical Malfunctions: Diagnose routine electrical issues using equipment like voltmeters, ohmmeters, and continuity lightsPerform Minor Repairs: Replace wires and connectors on standard electrical componentsAssist with Complex Repairs: Support the analysis and repair of more complicated malfunctions under supervisor guidanceInstall Components: Install electrical and electronic components as directed

What you need to be successful:

A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required.Airframe Powerplant (AP) license is helpful Minimum 2 years of experience in aircraft avionics system troubleshooting and repair.
