SAP SAC Ariba - Manager

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP Ariba Manager, responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of solutions using SAP Ariba Contract, Buying, and Invoicing modules. This role requires a deep understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Ariba solutions.

 

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand procurement and contract management needs and translate them into SAP Ariba solutions. Manage the Ariba team, including task assignment, performance evaluation, and professional development. Provide training and support to business users on SAP Ariba functionality and its interpretation. Stay current with SAP Ariba updates and new features, incorporating them into the strategy as appropriate. Drive the adoption of Ariba concepts across the organization by demonstrating its value in gaining actionable insights. Work closely with the IT department to ensure proper integration of SAP Ariba with SAP and non-SAP data sources. Lead data governance and security efforts within the SAP Ariba environment.

 

Experience:  

8-11 years of relevant experience in SAP Ariba. Successfully completed at least three end-to-end implementations in SAP Ariba Contract, Buying, and Invoicing modules. Proven track record of leading SAP Ariba projects. Good functional and hands-on knowledge of procurement and contract management

 

Competencies / Skills:

Excellent knowledge of integration of SAP Ariba with S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and other systems. Hands-on knowledge of data modeling. Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members. Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables

 

Education: 

Graduate from a reputed educational institution. SAP Ariba Certification (preferred).
