Job Description

Get to Know the Role 

You can now apply for our H2 Term-Time Developer Internship, running from June 2025. Our internships are designed to provide real-world experience that enables you to put everything you've learned into action and give you an opportunity to join us in driving South East Asia forward together.

Interns have the opportunity to perform their internship in the following areas:

Fullstack EngineeringBackend EngineeringMachine LearningData Analyst

Selection Process

Application & Assessment test: (01/03/2025 - 31/03/2025) We will close the registration when the number of applications reaches the expected limit.Bootcamp: (14 April - 16 May) Top candidates who get good scores will enter the BootcampCapstone project: The bootcamp will be centered around a capstone project to develop a data intensive application. Those who get good performance during the capstone will be selected for internship.Internship: (June 2025 - December 2025)

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

The Must-Haves:

Final-year students or recent graduates (within 1 year) in relevant fields such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, IT/Science, Maths,....Must be Vietnamese citizens and present in Ho Chi Minh City for the duration of the Bootcamp and Internship.Proficiency in English.Strong fundamental knowledge of Computer ScienceAvailability for a 4-week Bootcamp and commitment to a 40-hour weekly internship at Grab's office in District 7, HCMC.

The Nice-to-Haves

Strong communication skills and attention to detailPositive attitude and can-do spirit are criticalExcellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a willingness to learn, but also to challenge the status quoTeam player who is motivated to work in a fast-paced environmentHaving previous experience in Engineering or other related fields may be an advantage
