Tech Lead - Frontend Developer - Oslo

We are looking for a Tech Lead to take ownership of the frontend environment and lead 6 developers!

With a focus on creating complex systems, you will take a role in strategy, architecture, leadership and development

What will your role involve?

* Leading a team of developers working closely with product & design to deliver solutions
* Working hands-on with the team designing, developing and maintaining features
* Ensuring code quality and best practice throughout the team
* Mentoring junior members and collaborating with seniors and architects
* Embrace new technologies and methodologies to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and future-proof

We are looking for you to have some of the following experiences:

* At least 5+ years of experience in frontend-focused software development
* Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, HTML
* Professional experience working with React
* Ability to lead a team of frontend developers and work as part of a cross-functional product development team
