**Tech Lead – Global Technology, ServiceNow**

The Solution Delivery Organization is aligned within the enterprise process framework to the Accountable Executive/Global Process Owner (AE/GPO) organization for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. As a member of the Global Technology Solution Delivery Organization, a Tech Lead will analyze business processes by working closely with the Solution Architects, System Analysts, Process analysts, and business process experts to design, document and deliver end-to-end solutions which enable ADM’s strategy.
This position will primarily be accountable for defining solutions leveraging ServiceNow. The Tech Lead will:
+ Enable Solution Delivery to provide expertise to transform business requirements into functional solutions. Define the design of these solutions to minimize customization and technical debt.
+ Utilize ITIL and ServiceNow best practices to design, transform, and measure the effectiveness of ADM and its vendors via the data provided in ServiceNow.
+ Define solutions leveraging ServiceNow’s data model to enable data captured from multiple sources (ITSM, CSM, SecOps, ITOM, CMDB, etc) to flow seamlessly through complex workflows.
+ Leverage knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules and architecture to foster and champion designs that transform manual processes to automated workflows.
+ Provide expertise connecting ServiceNow to other enterprise applications.
+ Mentor and provide leadership to other analysts.
This position will support multiple global projects to assure the analysis, design, implementation and testing of requirements are done in a highly effective way, using appropriate tools and methods. The Tech Lead will assure system design and configuration are executed efficiently and correctly to enable success of complex system deployments and optimum performance targets.
**_Primary Responsibilities_**
+ Provide thought leadership in strategic direction for enterprise-wide implementation solutions of the ServiceNow platform
+ Provide training, technical consulting and mentoring to stakeholders and users to insure efficient use of ServiceNow capabilities
+ Responsible for gathering and reviewing eligible process requirements and advising how they map to ServiceNow functionality
+ Consider dependencies, relationships, and integration points to ensure proper solution development and integration with other systems when applicable
+ Deliver your through Agile methodologies including writing user stories, Scrum board management
+ Lead and assist proof-of-concept activities for ServiceNow functionality for all businesses across the enterprise
+ Identify new opportunities to provide additional value from the ServiceNow platform and improve business value
+ Work with System Analysts and Process Owners on issues, new requirements, and product feedback
+ Analysis of feasibility for new functionality requirements, while ensuring accurate functional specifications and effective system configuration
+ Drive plans for system optimization to ensure sustaining value
+ Lead the integration of new service offerings, including new merger and acquisition (M&A) activity of systems and processes, with ultimate accountability for smooth conversion
+ Work with our business stakeholders to translate their technology needs into actionable solutions by developing detailed business requirements and process designs
+ Responsible for creation of test plans, test cases and testing for any ServiceNow automation or modifications
+ Recommend changes to established development, and suggests alternative solutions and new methods to improve quality and increase productivity
+ Assist in analysis and reporting of testing defects when requested
+ Assist in the preparation of presentations concerning project scope, timeline, activities, issues, and progress as required
+ Provide input for post-implementation review document and implement corrective procedures
+ Document fit/gap analysis and design decisions; ensure deviations from “out of the box” functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition
+ As needed, provide input to architecture, security, and data standards; ensure end-to-end solutions adhere to these standards.
+ Provide input to role-based security designs and solutions
**_Minimum Requirements_**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
+ Demonstrable knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design and implementation.
+ Functional knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ITIL framework
+ Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas and processes to stakeholders with varying levels of technological experience
+ Experience managing technical teams in complex, dynamic environments; collaborating with and managing teams across multiple projects
+ Strong business analyst experience as a key contributor and/or project lead
+ Effectively use teamwork to positively contribute in high performing, results driven, and collaborative team environment
+ Experience in developing test cases, participation in the testing of software systems (including requirement validation/traceability), leading UAT sessions
+ Familiarity with utilizing Azure DevOps to deliver projects work items via the Agile framework
+ Exhibits high personal performance standards, the desire and ability to continuously learn and must be results oriented
+ Estimation of work efforts is done as a Scrum team and we are only utilizing Scrum boards now.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
