The Industrialization & Verification (TI) organization is an integral part of the R&D organization within EAS. We focus on validation/verification and industrialization of antenna products & components and develop the latest cutting-edge antenna test technology working in a challenging and highly motivating environment. We are now looking for a Tech Lead Test Strategy to drive the E2E testing strategy enabling increased efficiency, reduced time-to-market and reduced cost. The position is part of a multi-functional development team where diversity, knowledge sharing and collaboration create true innovation.
What you will do
Be responsible for the e2e test plan (blueprint) of antenna design bases, platforms and variantsOrchestrate and harmonize the testing landscape for antenna developmentDrive the continuous improvement of e2e testing by using alliances in all phasesSystematically feedback test strategy, results and optimization to design base teamsDrive a Design-for-test approach throughout the organizationContinuously drive efficiency improvements through innovation, automation, collaboration, and simplificationScrutinize product requirementsLead an interdisciplinary team of specialists.
You will bring
A Bachelor, Master´s degree or PhD in engineering or an equivalent qualificationDemonstrated professional experience within R&D and in particular test requirements, parameters and performanceExperience in mobile communication technology (antennas, radios, etc.) is particularly advantageousExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for teamwork and collaborationAnalytical, structured and result oriented approachStrong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate change and transformation targeting operational excellence and continuous improvementExperience with stakeholder management on all levelProficiency in English, both written and spoken German language skill is a plus.
