Position: Technical Lead

Location: Trondheim, Norway

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a team of developers, promoting best practices in software development.
* Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using .NET (C#) and Angular.
* Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver new features and product improvements.
* Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.
* Keep up with industry trends and introduce new ideas to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

* Expertise in .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core, and Angular.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing development teams.
* Knowledge of Azure, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
* Strong understanding of databases and front-end development.
* Fluent in Norwegian and English.
