CGI is looking for a Tech Leader RPA (Blueprism) to join our team.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Lead the RPA development team to achieve the requirements in line with the approved solution design
• Responsible for the design; development, testing and implementation of RPA robot's using Blue Prism which will interact with multiple third party applications
• Continuous improvement of software development best practices
• Ensure reliability and quality on the deliverables, and collaborate in the harmonization of development practices cross location
• Test, monitor and evaluate solutions
• Technical skills:
• Development experience with RPA platforms: Blue Prism (highly preferable), Automation Anywhere, UIPath, Power Automate
• Involvement in other AI related technologies (OCR, Machine Learning)
• Knowledge in Agile frameworks
• Soft skills:
• Ability to work in a multicultural team in-house and remotely, in a global context
• Ability to provide support and guidance to junior staff (local and remote)
