Position Summary: As the Tech Product Specialist – Robotics, you will assist in evaluating, deploying, and optimizing robotic solutions that enhance operational efficiency across various facilities. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to support the successful implementation of robotics-driven products and services. The ideal candidate has a technical background, experience in robotics or automation, and a passion for integrating technology into practical applications.

This is hybrid role - candidate must live in the Dallas Area

Salary range $115-125K

Key Responsibilities:

Support the execution of the robotics integration roadmap within our facilities management services.Assist in defining product requirements, use cases, and success metrics in collaboration with engineering, operations, and business teams.Conduct research and analysis on emerging robotics technologies to support product development.Participate in the testing and deployment of robotics solutions, ensuring alignment with operational needs.Gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users to drive continuous improvements.Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluating solution effectiveness.Work with vendors and third-party partners to integrate robotics technologies.Support training and adoption efforts for operational teams utilizing robotics solutions.Job includes about 60% travel

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a technical role related to robotics, automation, or AI-driven technologies.Technical knowledge of robotics hardware, software, and automation solutions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and sales.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Experience in facilities management, logistics, or industrial automation is a plus.
