**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Engage/collaborate with appropriate stakeholders and SMEs needed to identify business needs, performance goals and gaps and conduct content analysis
+ Foster a culture of learning by promoting development opportunities and recognizing learning achievements
+ Regularly update and maintain learning pathways in the LMS
+ Obtains, organizes, develops learning support materials: manuals, guides, handouts, visual materials
+ Research/analyze data needed to identify/confirm business issues (e.g., quality data, production data)
+ Develop learning objectives based on appropriate analyses (e.g., business analysis, task analysis, audience analysis)
+ Engage/collaborate with appropriate stakeholders and SMEs to determine appropriate training content (e.g., products, processes, tools, skills needed)
+ Develop project plans for design/development of identified solutions (e.g., in-scope/out-of scope elements, timeframes, resources, roles/responsibilities, priorities, cost estimates, feasibility analyses, risks/assumptions)
+ Apply principles of adult learning and training best practices to create effective and innovative training design solutions
+ Develop appropriate learning activities based on training designs and learning objectives
+ Write supporting materials for learning activities (e.g., agendas, schedules, quick reference guides, handouts, job aids, trainer/learner guides, powerpoint)
+ Leverage/modify learning solutions to meet current needs (e.g., updates, revisions, re-purposing for new audiences)
+ Ensure that post-learning evaluation processes are properly implemented (e.g., activate system tools, conduct focus
+ group/interviews, distribute surveys)
+ Monitor and analyze training metrics/data/trends, and identify areas needing attention to enhance learning effectiveness
+ Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
+ 2+ years of experience in Awareness of LMS and LCMS standards
+ 2+ years of experience with learning program implementation
+ 2+ years of basic ID principles such as ADDIE, Bloom’s taxonomy, Adult Learning Principles, Gagne’s 9 events etc.
+ Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and fact-based decision-making abilities
+ Ability to design or develop serious games (game-based quizzes)
+ Project management skills
+ Proven excellent written and spoken communication skills
+ Proven adept at Time management and multitasking
+ Proven highly motivated
+ Proven creative bent of mind with out of the box thinking
