Job Description
We are looking for a technical knowledge Technician/Engineer for our Technical Publication team, who will develop clear technical procedures / Manuals with concise information/content for our service teams personal.

You will collaborate with Technical Writers and internal business partners such as GPS managers, Tool experts to develop the technical content for the documents. You will participate in content management efforts, process development, and quality governance in support of team success, while working independently on multiple projects.
Our group:
The PDC Technical Publication team develops documentation for the internal and external customers by utilizing new technologies and processes. Our group consists mainly of Technical Writers, working together with product experts (GPS managers) to develop accurate documentation for the PDC tools.
Key Responsibilities
Independently work on technical knowledge projects: ensure the projects are completed on time, objectives are defined, necessary planning activities.
Ensure project results meet requirements and ensure technical accuracy, quality, reliability, of the technical procedures.
Should become a subject matter expert in the PDC tool that is assigned, by working closely with the internal teams and GPS team.
Validate and review the documents with the GPS managers to ensure document complies with standards and approval.
Performs technical publications production duties using agile/ waterfall methodology: Document page standards and layout, illustration, authoring and editing.
Work collaboratively and effectively with team members to promote innovative approaches and enhance productivity related to quality material development.
Skills and Experience
Graduate with Practical Engineering Degree or bachelor’s degree (Science preferred).
1 to 2 years of experience in creating technical procedures
Semiconductor Experience Preferred
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast‐paced, high‐tech environment.
Good understanding of Documentation Development Life Cycle (DDLC)
Knowledge of Agile/ Waterfall Methodology
Advantage in Proficient of Technical Publishing software:
Adobe Suite: Adobe FrameMaker, Acrobat Pro DC
MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
DITA XML: Oxygen and SDL
Graphical: SnagIt, MS Paint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Ability to work in a cross-functional organization and multitask on multiple projects.
Must be a quick learner, self-starter, with strong attention to details and can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
