Job Summary

Critical L3 resource for managing the Zscaler services package deployment for endpoints

Critical request to perform the deployment cofiguration of Zscaler Client Connect to endpoints and MSI Packaging to handle operations support during project life cycle

Provide mentoring and coaching to team members

Tier III support with in-depth knowledge of desktop/application troubleshooting

Ability to work independently with some guidance from supervisor/manager

Ability to effectively prioritize work


Responsibilities

Critical L3 resource for managing the Zscaler services package deployment for endpoints

Critical request to perform the deployment cofiguration of Zscaler Client Connect to endpoints and MSI Packaging to handle operations support during project life cycle

Provide mentoring and coaching to team members

Tier III support with in-depth knowledge of desktop/application troubleshooting

Ability to work independently with some guidance from supervisor/manager

Ability to effectively prioritize work for contractors and consultants

Business acumen to understand impact of changes and services disruptions to operations

Functional knowledge of infrastructure and application technologies and how they relate to delivery and maintenance of services such as LAN/WAN

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical resources to architect design and implement solutions

Strong communication and presentation skills
