Tech Support Administrator
Kforce has a client in West Sacramento, CA that is seeking a Tech Support Administrator. This role is not a help desk position - instead, it is focused on providing technical assistance directly related to client services. The Technical Assistance Center (TAC) handles initial help desk requests, with this role focusing on more specific client service issues. On-call rotation is part of the role, but not required until fully acclimated. Responsibilities: * Ticket Management: Handle 5-20 tickets per day, including walk-ins, phone calls, and JIRA requests * Device Deployment: Deploy and set up laptops and manage associated issues * Technical Support: Provide support for Microsoft and Mac operating systems, AV equipment, and handheld devices at the store * Escalation: Assess ticket requests and escalate unresolved or complex issues to the engineering team * Collaboration: Work alongside 3 Level 2 support staff and 2 engineers; Participate in a collaborative environment where roles overlap
