Job description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing and troubleshooting tech support systems in Telecom domain, with a strong understanding of Complex SQL, AWS experience (S3, Glue, Lambda), Dynatrace, LogZ. You will be responsible for the ticket analysis and resolution, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.

Required Qualifications –Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent requiredAny relevant certification will be an added advantage.Implementation / Working Knowledge of Complex SQL, AWS experience (S3, Glue, Lambda), Dynatrace, LogZ.At least 4+ years of experience with Information Technology.Location for this position is Denver, CO.
