Our client is seeking a Tech Support Practitioner to join their team. As a Tech Support Practitioner, you will be part of the Application Management Services supporting integration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Tech Support Practitioner
**Location:** Calgary, AB
**Job Description:**
+ Providing technical support for SAP Integration with Vertex O Series/Sabrix.
+ Collaborating closely with the AMS (Application Management Services) team to resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner.
+ Conducting thorough quality analysis of applications connected to SAP Integration with Vertex O Series/Sabrix.
+ Ensuring that the integration meets the necessary compliance requirements for SAP Tax regulations.
+ Coordinating with the project team to facilitate smooth operations and troubleshooting during the integration process.
**Qualifications:**
+ In-depth knowledge of Vertex, including integration with SAP systems.
+ Deep understanding of direct and indirect taxation, with a specialty in Accounts Payable (AP).
+ Strong experience working with SAP systems, particularly related to tax and Vertex integration.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
+ Ability to work in collaboration with multiple teams (AMS, project team, etc.) to ensure project success.
