Tech Support Specialist - Data Entry Specialist

As a Tech Support Specialist - Data Entry Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and data entry services to our customers. Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will report directly to our Tech Support Manager, and you'll work out of our Independence, OH location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our data by ensuring accurate and timely entry of detailed information related to the processing of parts and labor post installation for building management systems. You will provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to ensure their satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

\n

Quality Control: Parts and Field Service Orders

\n\nConfirm orders match customer assets and identify commonly used parts.\nEnsure and identify correct shipping locations.\nUse skill matrix and logistical data to provide the best solutions for customer needs.\nReport on KPIs related to quality standards and team performance.\n\n

ETA of Parts and Field Service Requests

\n\nReport parts arrival estimates through SAP.\nCommunicate field service arrival expectations to leadership and customers.\nProvide procurement options for third-party parts to meet customer expectations and KPIs.\nNotify internal stakeholders and external customers upon completion using compliant systems.\n\n

Invoice Completion

\n\nManage data for customer invoices.\nEnsure field service contractors submit necessary documentation for invoice processing.\nProvide completion notes with customer purchase order numbers.\n\n

Purchase Request and Purchase Orders Processing

\n\nProcess purchase requests and orders according to compliance standards.\nHandle urgent PO requests for software parts to meet customer expectations.\nConfirm NTE amounts match upon completion of field service and part orders.\nCommunicate high-priority order needs to leadership.\n\n

Data Availability in Systems

\n\nCollaborate with global teams to maintain data on part numbers and pricing for proposals.\nEnsure opportunities are displayed correctly in SMS for revenue tracking.\nContinuously improve data reviews to ensure accuracy in SAP and SMS.
 \n\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field, including SAP experience.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\n\n
