Support for remotely based Newborn Photographers

Key Responsibilities:

Photographer Support:

Assist photographers with inquiries related to customer orders, including account updates, product details, and order management.Provide clear guidance to photographers on navigating internal platforms and managing customer information.Ensure prompt and professional communication, helping photographers resolve any issues that may arise during their interactions with clients.

Tech Support:

Troubleshoot technical issues with cameras, laptops, printers, software, and network connectivity for our remote photographers.Respond to tech-related emails and calls, offering timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions.Log all support interactions, maintaining detailed records of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.Stay informed on the latest technology and equipment updates, sharing knowledge with the team to improve troubleshooting processes.

Qualifications:

Technical Support - Level 1: 1-3 yearsCustomer Service: 1-3 yearsProven experience in both customer support and technical troubleshooting roles.Strong knowledge of cameras, laptops, printers, software, and network systems.Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex issues clearly and provide guidance on customer orders.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.

 

Schedule & Availability:

This position requires availability on weekends. The current opening follows a Sunday through Thursday schedule to ensure our photographers receive support during their busiest times.Flexibility to support Mountain and Pacific time zones.Rotating holiday coverage with other team members is also required.

 

Requirements:
