Are you adept at implementing system changes? Do you have a proven record of working effectively with numerous technical teams to improve core infrastructure?

We’re looking for a tech system administrator to:

• support all front office and data connectivity; critical market data circuits, FIX connectivity, applications, as well as other trading and non-trading lines in the Americas consisting for a total of about 300+ services
• 24 by 7 on call and on-site support team covering these exchange services with clients in Asia and Europe leveraging the NY infrastructure
• support the Market Data production environments in New York, to support 200+ onsite vendor owned infrastructure devices in our Eleven Madison (EMA), Princeton (PDC), and Clifton (CDC) datacenters
• troubleshooting, break/fix and maintenance activities for these services. New external connectivity deployments and changes to existing services
• meet with development groups, business managers, and external clients, service providers, to determine the best and cost effective method for establishing client connectivity
• installation, scripting, testing, rollout, and support of all third party vendor Market Data applications (i.e. Bloomberg, Reuters) used by the front office throughout the firm
• primary group to review and schedule all firewall changes between Network Team, IT Risk, App Dev, and other UBS groups. Provide monitoring of services and capacity management
