The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, along with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to various audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation including user manuals, product guides, online help, and API documentation Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product managers to gather and understand technical information Analyze product features and functionality to determine documentation requirements Create and maintain information architecture for technical content Produce meeting materials including agendas, minutes, and action lists Edit, proofread, and revise existing documentation Ensure consistency in style, tone, and formatting across all documentation Incorporate user feedback to improve documentation quality and usability
