About the roleAs a Technical Account Manager on the team, you will work closely with our DOOH and SaaS clients, providing client advocacy and support, and the technical expertise required for this growing area of Vistar’s business. What you will doBecome an expert In Vistar’s supply-side products and servicesAct as the first line of support for debugging supply-side issues and provide technical support to internal teams and clientsLead regular calls with clients post-activation Lead internal and external deployments of new product featuresIdentify client knowledge gaps and implement documentation or process improvementsImplement solutions to help automate workflowsWork with the product team to improve our product suite, processes, documentation, and internal toolsOnboard inventory from new and existing clients to Vistar’s platformProactively monitor integration health for existing partners Provide inventory guidance to Vistar’s DSP partnersWhat experience we’re looking for:Bachelor's degree, Computer Science or Engineering preferred2+ years experience in a B2B software support role/ad-tech and/or ad operationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Excel and data analysisObsessed with making clients happyWho you are:Intrinsic drive, an unwavering commitment to achieving success, and the ability to nurture a small business division within a global support structureIndependent and self-reliant, capable of streamlining the communication with the clientsComposed in high-stress situations and adept at communicating with individuals from diverse backgroundsConfident in delivering presentations on technical, product, and business solutionsWhat we offer: 25 vacation daysQuarterly lifestyle stipendPension schemeGlobal Exchange ProgramOpen business culture: we facilitate teams working together in our open workspaces and sharing their own ideas and vision.
