We are looking for Technical Account Manager for Romanian & Hungarian market.

Responsibilities:

Proactively develops and implements the technical sales account penetration strategy in each market presenting new products and technologies to current and potential customersDevelop knowledge to uncover, understand, compare, and contrast the solutions (pre-component selection); provide valuable participation in supplier/customer design reviewGood understanding of customer needs relative to product(s), technology, direction, competition, design process and design cycleIdentify and develop relationships with all key technical decision makers and influencers in each accountDiscover design requirements from the system level down to each individual element collaborating with the design, production and/or engineering departments to develop/execute technical strategies that help solve customer design challengesIdentifies and tracks largest design opportunities from concept to production, utilizing all supplier resources to assure greatest potential for successManages the product from beginning to end which involves communication and in-depth consultation with customers, sales and vendorsStay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings.Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.Provide training and support to clients on our products and services.Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfactionSales and profit responsibility for the assigned customersOrganizing and attending relevant in-house trade fairs, trade fairs and technical eventsRegular customer and market analysis

Requirements:

Electrical engineering studies with commercial training or comparable technical training with relevant professional experienceSeveral years of experience in sales and field serviceConfident and competent demeanor in dealing with customers and suppliersGood knowledge of negotiation techniquesOrganizational talent, commitment, creativity and initiativeGood IT user skills with common Microsoft Office applications and basic knowledge of ERP systems.Business fluent English & Hungarian language skills, both spoken and writtenHigh willingness to travelValid car driver's license
