Technical Account Manager
**Introduction** **Your role and responsibilities** * The responsibility of the role will be to act as the focal point between the client, the administrator, and IBM. The candidate should have knowledge of support and implementation environments in mainframe, such as CICS, CICSPLEX, MQ, VSAM, DB2, zOS, among others. * The role must ensure the proper functioning of the infrastructure, minimizing incidents and impact on the client's operations. * Periodic recommendations must be provided, ensuring detailed follow-up on them and prioritizing them together with the client. Preparation of periodic reports. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Knowledge of support and implementation environments in mainframe, such as CICS, CICSPLEX, MQ, VSAM, DB2, zOS, among others, is required. * Knowledge in managing tracking spreadsheets, prioritizing activities based on impact/benefit/cost, preparing recurring reports, and control management systems, among others. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Ability to handle critical situations, manage client relationships, and work as part of a team
