Technical Account Manager (f/m/d) for Automotive Memory

Position Summary

As a Technical Account Manager (f/m/d) you will be responsible for technical support, design-in and technical business development of Samsung Memory (DRAM, eMMC, UFS and SSD) for Automotive.

Role and Responsibilities

Support all technical activities from request for information to mass productionAnswer technical questions, conduct regular technical meetings with customers, track progress and milestones, drive internal development and quality teams to fulfil customers’ requirementsPerform troubleshootingIdentify and report future trends, customer needs and new applicationsDevelop business by finding new opportunities and initiate design-in

Skills and Qualifications

University degree or equivalent in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, physics or similar

Solid technical experience in the semiconductor business (e.g. IC design or application engineering)

Experience in Memory is a strong plus

Strong customer orientation

Very good communication skills and ability to negotiate at all levels

Persuasive and professional presentation skills

Very good knowledge of semiconductor products and related applications

Self-starter with ability to work under minimum supervision

Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

Very good written and spoken English

Willingness to travel (10~20% of the time)
