- Provide advocacy for clients (carriers and retailers) and ensuring clients receive best possible product and services based on the needs.

- Introduce new technologies based on carrier needs, e.g. 5G SA, VoNR, NR-CA, and IoT devices.

- Ensure on time TA for products by working with backend team, certification body and customers.

- Provide training on the ground to both internal and external customers, e.g. product training, pitching, and launch event management.
