Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Eastman Corporate Engineering team. As the Technical Administration Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing corporate technical standards, CAD IT applications, 2D and 3D platforms, document control and lasers scanning. Your experience in the engineering principles, combined with your leadership, management skills and experience in the chemical industry, will be crucial in leading a technical support team to drive teamwork, innovations and support successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering services organization.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with 5 years supporting project execution in the Chemical industry.
• Basic knowledge of engineering work processes, practices, codes, and regulations.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop less experienced team members.
• Familiarity with CASD software and tools, such as AutoCAD, E3D, S3D, and project wise.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing change with cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful development and implementation of new processes.
