Active Secret Clearance; \uf0b7 High school Graduate or GED equivalent\n

At least 12 months experience in personal property management\n

Valid Driver's License\n

A working knowledge\/ understanding of DON property systems, programs, policies, nomenclatures, work methods, instructions or other established guidelines. \n

Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension and scope of work involved, to compile data from multiple sources, to establish the facts, and take recommended action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.\n

Communicate orally and in writing utilizing a high degree of tact and diplomacy, and processes strong interpersonal skills to effectively discuss Navy Property Management matters with government employees, contractors, and military personnel of all levels. \n

Possess good communication skills; be able to communicate with department heads, military personnel and other agencies.
