**Job Description**
As a Technical Adoption Manager (TAM), you will act as a trusted advisor, utilizing your technical expertise, communication skills, and ability to collaborate across teams to enhance the customer experience. Your primary goal will be to help customers unlock the full potential of VeloCloud by Broadcom solutions through effective adoption and usage. As a member of our Technical Adoption Management team, you will play a vital role in guiding customers and partners to quickly and successfully onboard, implement, and realize business value throughout their journey. You will have direct, impactful interactions with your assigned accounts and play a crucial role in their success, transforming challenges into valuable opportunities for the customer.
**Key Responsibilities**
In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to provide valuable insights that help shape a comprehensive customer strategy, accelerating the adoption and consumption of the VeloCloud by Broadcom product portfolio. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with your assigned accounts, deeply understanding their technical and business goals and how VeloCloud’s solutions impact their outcomes.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify gaps and create structured engagement plans for the customer. Your responsibilities will include conducting technology assessments, reviewing roadmaps, providing deployment guidance, advising on best practices, and offering support for Day 2 operations. As a trusted advisor, you will ensure exceptional execution, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive adoption and consumption.
You will work closely with the globally distributed TAM team to develop and implement TAM delivery best practices, sharing insights and learning to continuously improve the customer engagement process. Conduct regular business reviews with both internal and external stakeholders to present customer progress, update on key developments in VeloCloud by Broadcom solutions, and align the product roadmap with the strategic business objectives of your assigned accounts.
**Desired Skills and Experience**
+ Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent with 8+ years of experience in working in a customer facing service delivery role for high touch customers.
+ Experience in collaborating with multi-functional teams which would consist of consultants, engineers, product management and support staff.
+ Ability to work closely with partner & customer teams to formulate success roadmap to meet the business goals.
+ Deliver technology roadmaps & assessments that provide desired-state and outcome-focused plans
+ Hands-on Experience in TCP/IP stack, QoS, WAN optimization devices, server load balancers and/or caching devices preferred.
+ Expertise in understanding different network topologies and configurations.
+ Expertise in dynamic routing protocols such as BGP & OSPF.
+ Ability to review networking deployments and confirm adherence to prescribed best practice guidelines including but not limited to SW Versions, System & Scale limitations, Licenses, etc.,
+ Experience with JSON, API, and MySQL are desirable.
+ CCIE or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
+ VeloCloud by Broadcom SDWAN certifications will be an added advantage.
In addition to the above, excellent presentation and communications skills combined with the passion to work in a team environment are key attributes for this role. This position does require the employee to work full time in a Broadcom Corporate office location.
**Schedule**
Monday through Friday, occasional weekend or overnight hours and on-call as required
