Camping World is seeking a Technical Agent for our growing team.

Camping World is now hiring Call Center Email Chat and Customer Service Representatives.

What You'll Do:

Receive and respond to specialized product inquiries, memberships and installations via phone, email and chat

Provide product knowledge to members/customers by explaining the type of service or product offered. This includes but not limited to Good Sam Club memberships, Camping World, Gander Outdoors, Overton's product, etc

Provide exemplary customer service on every customer engagement, including but not limited to: Calls, emails, social media and any other type of communication; paying attention to detail and responding with first class customer service

Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and prior to scheduling job for installation

Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff members as needed

Update membership system, email system and phone support system with required customer information, notating accounts as necessary

Cross training may be necessary to perform other duties as needed
