As a Technical Aide/Verification Specialist at Willdan, you'll be at the heart of it all. You'll be the expert responsible for reviewing project documents and conducting field studies on completed designs and construction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage dynamic portfolio of projects at various stages of construction.Collaborate with energy analysts to create reports that showcase our achievements in energy savings. Partner with project managers and colleagues to ensure top-notch results and deliverables that set industry standards.Job Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Building Science (or closely related field) with a strong focus on HVAC, energy efficiency, or sustainability. The knack for computer programming and proficiency in tools like MS Excel to manipulate model inputs and extract valuable insights from modeled results. A solid understanding of design, construction processes, building operations, thermodynamics, physics, mathematics, and energy codes. A proven ability to analyze information with precision, make strategic recommendations, and guide decision-making by foreseeing the benefits, consequences, and impacts of alternative system options.
