This req is created for the FY25-Q3-IC3-NonDev-IDC-1035677. This position is hired to watch session recording videos, document workflows for the CPU spikes happening with release early adopting customers. This is very essential role to narrow down our search radius by isolating the culprit process(s) for any CPU increased consumption. This role in additional will also analyze chronic crash/hangs spikes seen in our customer domains as part of stability client monitoring initiative.   Responsibilities: Monitor client upgrades, identify new issues post upgrade especially with CPU/Memory and work on improvement plan to ensure better client experience. To focus on increased CPU consumption post adoption of a GA release and drive the investigations and arrive at resolutions. Understand the release process and monitor validation partners, flag issues that can have cross client impact and work with product teams to ensure these gets resolved. Handle client escalation, identify areas that needs improvement and create improvement plans. Daily monitoring for targeted customer reliability metrices. Skill sets Good analysis skill for correlation multiple data points and customer domain events High proficiency with SQL and database management, should be able to create complex queries based on business requirement. Hands on usage experience with PowerBI, tableau Exposure to Python is added advantage Exposure to having worked on global client escalations. Exposure to customer domains, operations and data is important. Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
