About the role
As part of the Networks and Infrastructure Delivery team within IT Technology Services and reporting to the Networks Commercial Manager; your role as Billing Analyst will be to analyse, understand, challenge, explain and pay all our bills for networks, phones, and mobile phones.
You will approve payment of bills based on your analysis and understanding of the detail, raise necessary purchase orders to ensure payment, and be ready to summarise the content as required. This understanding will be underpinned by a knowledge of the contracts involved, which you will have the opportunity to develop as part of the role.
You will play a key role in the commercial operation of one of our biggest IT partner contracts and will be empowered to challenge at all levels of the organisation, as well as dealing with numerous smaller suppliers to ensure our shops and offices stay online.
