Technical Analyst IT Support

In this position, the Support Analyst will work under the Headquarter & Regional IT manager and he will provide support in the maintenance as well as in the management of the Nexans assets repository within a European team 

He will support the apprentice in the acquisition of a real professional experience, to help him to evaluate and put into action his theoretical knowledge within a team. 

 

Responsibilities And Tasks:

 

Prepare and install hardware and/or software for computer systems and networks Diagnose and correct malfunctions described by users Carry out the integration of new components in compliance with the norms and and standards Follow up on incidents Write documentation for users Assist / train users Build up knowledge bases of incidents Ensure the management of the assets

Ability to apprehend a situation, to find a solution, by an adapted, effective and intellectual approach adapted, efficient and reasoned and/or intuitive in order to solve a problem Ability to organize with rigor, to seek the quality of the achievements, to ensure their conformity with a procedure, an operating mode: sense of detail, precision... Ability to control and adapt reactions in a professional environment

 

What We Are Looking For: 

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supporting IT expert solutions  Fluent English (high level of both sopken and written English)
