Job Description:

The Technical Analyst - Sales Compensation will help lead the activities necessary for the implementation, integration, administration, and reporting of variable sales compensation incentive plans located in Arrows Oracle CX Incentive module.

What You'll Be Doing:

This role will be a Technical Analyst role supporting sales compensation and the sales compensation system. Works with IT, Finance, Operations, and HR to continue the deployment of the Oracle CX Incentive Compensation Module globally. Designs, develops, and implements sales compensation solutions to meet Arrow’s business needs. Designs, builds out, and creates sales compensation plans in Incentive Compensation Module to support processing and reporting needs while expanding the flexibility of the incentive modules components, measures, expressions, classifications, crediting categories, and rate tables to provide flexibility across multiple business units. Design and build out reporting using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Excel. Deploy necessary reports to the required dashboards, business specific Quarterly Business Reviews, and ad-hoc reporting to support processing. Will work with Oracle on continued improvements to the Incentive Module through Oracles SR process. Follow and refine technical standards and guidelines.Create technical specifications and design solutions.Interface with business partners and users to develop project requirements and solutions.Act as a technical resource for colleagues, and provide guidance as requestedContribute to process improvements.

What We Are Looking For:

2-5 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or equivalent work experience.Understanding of Integrations and concepts of workflows including API callsAbility to proactively learn and navigate Oracle Fusion and Incentive Compensation Processes, Configurations, and back-end table, independently.Ability to work with and primarily support the Oracle Incentive Compensation team, and other project teams as necessaryExperience with the Oracle CX Incentive Module preferred. Intermediate to Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office ApplicationsSolves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutionsUse best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processesAbility to work within a team setting and on independent process.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office sites; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$77,000.00 - $94,600.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
