We are currently looking for a Technical Architect for Enterprise Applications who will oversee a team of developers to design, implement and maintain the applications within the Enterprise Application portfolio.

ResponsibilitiesAbout the role
While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include:
Responsible for ensuring that the applications are aligned with the business requirements, the enterprise architecture principles and the industry best practices.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring and coaching to the developers and ensure the quality and performance of the applications
Lead the design, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Applications portfolio, including web, mobile and cloud applications
Define and enforce the technical standards, methodologies, tools and frameworks for the Enterprise Applications team
Collaborate with the business stakeholders, the enterprise architects, the project managers and the other technical teams to understand the business needs and deliver solutions that meet the expectations
Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging and troubleshooting of the applications and ensure the compliance with the security, quality and performance requirements

Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring and coaching to the developers and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
Experience researching and evaluating new technologies, trends and best practices and recommend solutions that can enhance the Enterprise Applications portfolio
Experience managing technical risks, issues and dependencies of the Enterprise Applications projects and provide timely and effective communication and escalation
Experience working closely with various IT teams, stakeholders, while following ITIL best practices to maintain the highest level of service availability
