Technical Architect OT Security

In this role, you will serve as a recognized subject matter expert and thought leader with deep expertise in OT security areas. You will leverage your expertise to perform specialized consulting engagements and lead the creation of multi-technology solutions across business and service unit. You will act as trusted advisor to our clients helping them to define a fit for purpose OT security architecture in line with their security governance model. **What you'll be doing** **Key Responsibilities:** After an initial familiarization with NTT methodologies and approaches, you will: **as specialized consultant:** + conduct consultative engagements, in a lead consultant or team member role, with clients to ensure the delivery of assessment services in security related to IACS/SCADA/OT. + The primary deliverables of these engagements are mainly composed of : + an evaluation of the client’s current security maturity, risk exposure and associated business impact; + an evaluation of the client’s current OT security architecture; + an identification of what needs to be protected and at which level; + a comparison of different possible architecture scenarios; + an actionable roadmap to raise maturity of OT security and to mitigate identified risks + coordinate the implementation / corrective efforts to ensure end to end coherency of the technical solution together with global/local delivery teams; + Technical solutions may include OT EDR (endpoint detection and response), OT IDS (intrusion detection system), OT SRA (secure remote access), OT Vulnerability management, … platforms where the role of the technical architect will be to coordinate and ensure value for the end client. This will include not only design, deploy, … but also move into operations phase, integrate into the client’s security ecosystem and governance framework, ….. + perform process control network & security architecture reviews, network mapping and testing; + ensure hand-over of engagement information and pull-through opportunities to internal stakeholders; + develop, support and maintain standardized consultative engagement templates, methodologies and OT, IoT, IIoT, IT/OT, security reference architecture in response to reoccurring client needs in his subject matter area perform business development and presales work for opportunities within your domain; + act as a mentor for less experienced consultants, architects and engineers as supportive consultant in presales phase: + lead, together with specialized subject matter colleagues or third parties, the creation of complex solutions focusing on security and covering aspects such as governance, service, application and infrastructure components; + guarantee the global coherency of proposed solutions; + participate in the elaboration and justification of complex business cases and/or customized pricing models; **as trusted advisor in a long-term relationship with clients:** + understand the client’s business strategy, processes, services and roadmap and map these to OT architectures using multiple architectural views or models; + provide strategic advice for improvement and innovation on OT security technologies and services based on his knowledge of recognized reference architecture and models; + closely collaborate with program manager and centres of excellence, to deliver state of the art services to guarantee and enhance the long-term relationship with the client; + work proactively with sales team and look for additional opportunities. The technical architect is mainly engaged with senior client stakeholders in existing NTT key accounts and new ones. **Required Experience:** + Bachelor in at least one of the following domains: ICT, electrical engineering, industrial automation (Master strongly preferred). + Demonstrated years of experience working with or maintaining Industrial Automation & Control Systems (IACS) with Global corporations or with IACS vendors (DCS, PLC, SIS, SCADA) + 3-5 years of hands on and extensive OT networking and cybersecurity experience conducting inventory, network design, network hardening, vulnerability identification and mitigation plans. + Knowledgeable of emerging OT Security frameworks and standards including NIST CSF, NIST800.82, IEC-62443 (ISA 99) and NERC CIP. + Be familiar with at least one of these vertical segments: power, oil & gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, automotive or logistics. + Notions of project management and agile methodologies are considered as a plus. + Display persuasive and confident presentation. + Emotional and stress resilience and ability to autonomously achieve challenging goals. + Clear and persuasive communication (verbal and written) able to structure and adapt the message to the audience profile. + Balanced Business and Technology savvy with a strong understanding of both applications, services and infrastructure. + Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders. + Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving ability as well as an appreciation for rigour and objectivity. + Good business acumen allowing identification of business opportunities and our clients’ business needs, and delivery of consultative engagements in line with these. + Work flexibility and willingness to travel for a limited period if needed. + Strong ability to work as part of a team, and to drive or lead such teams where opportune. + Eligible and prepared to obtain NATO clearance if necessary. + **French or Dutch as mother tongue and good verbal and written knowledge of the other language as well as English.** **What we offer** + Contract of unlimited duration + Annual bonus + Lunch vouchers + Forfaitary compensation for professional costs + Company car or Mobility budget + Hospitalisation insurance and ambulant care at premium level + Group and disability insurance + Possibility to order a lease bike + 31 days of holiday plus seniority days + Data and voice subscription + contribution for a smartphone device + Contribution for internet at home + Contribution for IT equipment + Private use of your NTT laptop **Workplace type** **:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
