You'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud technologies and help shape the future of our platform. **Responsibilities:** + Assist in the design and development of scalable, secure, and reliable software architectures under the guidance of senior architects. + Contribute to the development and enhancement of Strada’s Well-Architected Framework on Azure. + Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure architectural principles are followed and implemented effectively. + Enforce architectural best practices, standards, and guidelines across the development teams. + Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance to development teams on design patterns, coding standards, and best practices. + Support the migration of existing applications to cloud platforms, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency. + Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and evaluate their potential impact on Strada’s architecture. + Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, models, and technical specifications. + Drive the adoption of new technologies and practices that enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field. + At least 5 years of experience as a lead developer or currently an architect. + Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. + Experience with Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, and security. + Familiarity with the Azure Cloud platform and Azure’s Well-Architected Framework. + Proficient in multiple programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. + Deep understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices. + Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and SOA. + Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Azure Bicep. + Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. + Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence **Benefits** We offer programs and plans for a healthy mind, body, wallet and life because it’s important our benefits care for the whole person.
