We have an exciting new opportunity available in our Energy division for a Tehcnical Assistant. This position is an on going casual position, where you have the opportunity to work closely with the our Clients projects team.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring that technical and administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner to support the technical personnel in the delivery of specific work scopesDeveloping and maintaining technical databases and records.Supporting the team with document retrieval, preparation and submission; including reviewing all documents for completeness and quality.Utilising SAP and other systems to capture previous work histories, initiate notifications, and locate drawings and other required technical information.Providing ad-hoc project and administrative support to technical and engineering personnel.

What you’ll bring:

Previous experience in a technical administrative role or similar positionProficiency with Microsoft Officer suiteFamiliarity with ERP/Maintenance systems such as SAP, JDE, Maximo would be advantageousThe ability to prioritise workload and produce work of a high standardExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levelsAbility to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environmentFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities
