Apply now and join a community that improves people’s lives, the planet and our company’s performance by transforming renewable resources into products people depend on every day. **Position Title** **:** **Technical Assistant** **Pay Rate** : $93,400 - $130,700 _Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range._ **Category/Shift** : Salaried/Full Time **Physical Location** : 1241 West 2nd Street Maysville, KY 41056 **The Job You Will Perform:** + Support area safety and environmental results. + Lead process problem solving and process optimization to improve OME and machine performance. + Provide leadership for product quality and responsible for investigating customer issues and claims as well as managing machine trials. + Support mill's process control team to assure QCS and DCS controls are maintained and optimized. + Support the area team and reliability group in reliability investigations and timely completion of RCFA. + Support the mill Manufacturing Excellence group to identify and implement cost reduction projects. + Participate in the development and execution of capital projects. + Assist Area Manager and Mill Learning Leader with operator training and certification. **The Skills You Will Bring:** + B.S.
