Technical Assistant Trainee

Job Description

Heating and Cooling is a technology that drives the world, it is present in every home, office, and all around us. As a leading manufacturer of Heat pumps, Air conditioners, Gas boilers and many more, our mission is to improve the quality of life for people all over the world.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the team with the e-Learning platform management
• Assisting in projects and end-users events (trainings, seminars)
• Supporting, coordinating and analyzing service data
• Supporting the service engineer and training manager in daily activities
• Coordinating and supporting translation and content creation of presentations
• Managing internal documentation

Qualifications

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Economics/Business (preferably 2nd or 3rd year)
• Fluent in English
• Advanced PC knowledge (MS Office)
• Very good communication skills
• Positive, supportive, eager to learn
