Primary Responsibilities – Technical Assistant (Major Shoots):

Assist the production team during shoot days by setting up and packing down lighting, audio, and camera gear Ensure all technical equipment is functioning properly and assist in on-set troubleshooting Act as technical custodian, managing inventory and maintenance of production equipment Safely transport, organize, and care for all technical gear before, during, and after shoots Support the team in field logistics and help coordinate production setup requirements Conduct routine cleaning, testing, and documentation of gear condition

Secondary Responsibilities – Videographer (Light Shoots & Internal Content):

Film internal content, BTS footage, social media videos, or event coverage as assigned Operate camera, basic lighting, and audio for smaller-scale productions Collaborate with creatives or editors to achieve visual requirements Occasionally assist in basic editing or rough cut selection (optional but preferred)
