Inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate - Cloud Security
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This role involves delivering a high level of customer service, managing escalations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our contact center operations.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize security tools such as AWS Guard Duty, AWS WAF / Imperva WAF, AWS Inspector, Key Vault, KMS, AWS Macie, Security Groups, and Rapid 7.
Knowledge on Azure Network Security Groups (NSG) and OCI Virtual Cloud Network (VCN), Native Firewalls, and Routing Tables.
Develop and enforce security policies for access control, encryption, and data protection across all cloud environments.
Implement and manage advanced threat detection systems across multi-cloud environments.
Knowledge with incident response efforts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of security incidents.
Perform detailed forensic analysis in the event of a security breach and recommend enhancements to prevent future occurrences.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with compliance teams to maintain up-to-date security documentation and procedures.
Develop and implement automation strategies for security operations, including continuous monitoring and vulnerability management.
Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage and enforce security configurations consistently across environments.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s degree
Good experience in a customer service or contact center role.
Proficiency in using CRM software and contact center technologies.
Strong typing and data entry skills.
Basic understanding of troubleshooting technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
